The online marketing story of Saffrou

Who is Saffrou?

Property developer Revive from Ghent is redeveloping the old abandoned textile factory of Saffre-Frères in Oudenaarde. This previously contaminated site will soon become a vibrant new residential neighborhood in the heart of Oudenaarde, featuring 265 housing units, including both apartments and houses. The project is marked by its ecological and sustainable character, even boasting its own forest, the first Tiny Forest in Flanders. In addition to various urban villas, apartments, and penthouses, the future residential and work area will also include a care home, offices and commercial spaces.

The mission: lead generation

For the online marketing of Saffrou, Kruisraket is taking the lead. The first step involves creating a comprehensive media plan with a detailed budget and a timeline for the upcoming years.

Based on the existing branding and corporate identity, we are focusing on SEA (Google Ads), SEO, conversion optimization, social media management, and advertising. The focus of this project is on generating leads to ensure a steady influx of potential buyers for the sales department.

To achieve this, we are concentrating on triggering conversions through the website. To realize this, we subject the site to A/B testing and measure both macro and micro conversions.
